The housing crisis in Los Angeles brought to the forefront what dire need our City was in for affordable solutions for

those residents seemingly forgotten. In an effort to face this issue head-on, we decided to apply our various skillsets, backgrounds, and resources

to a new model: privately-funded 100% affordable housing solutions to really drive change.
